Welcome to the perfect getaway, situated in the lower Hudson Valley in a quaint river town called Beacon.

The home rests on top of a small hill in a peaceful neighborhood, within walking distance to the center of town. Here you’ll find that there are plenty of shops, art galleries and restaurants to visit. From there it’s a short walk to the pedestrian bridge that hugs the base of the Fishkill Creek and only a 5-8 minute drive away from popular hiking sites like Mount Beacon and Break Neck Ridge.

Pine Hill is a 3 bedroom home with plenty of space for 6 people to stay. There are 2 queens, 1 full, and a pull-out couch that is very comfortable.

The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and is stocked with all the basic needs to stay in and cook or bake. In addition to the eat in kitchen, there is a dining room table for 6 just a few feet away. 

Two bedrooms are outfitted with a desk and there is high-speed internet throughout the house.

There is plenty of natural light in our partial open concept ranch, yet not too much to feel overbearing and exposed. If you have to fulfill your need to go outdoors but don’t want to go too far, then you can enjoy one of our three outdoor decks.

One of the decks is a covered open-air porch with a little more privacy as it is located at the rear of the home.
The other two although still private are at the side and front of the house and are not covered, allowing you to look up at the stars amongst the trees.

The driveway, although very steep, has parking spaces for 3 midsize cars or 2 SUV’s. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house which has 50 feet of roadside frontage on our quiet street that doesn’t see much traffic.
