This is a duplex unit, with the upstairs being rented out separately. You will have complete privacy during your stay but may hear other guests upstairs or see them outside.

Please note that the laundry area is the ONLY shared space. Aside from that, everything is separated from the Upstairs unit.

The thermostat is controlled by the guest upstairs, but this unit has an overhead vent that can be opened and closed to control the air coming in and a fireplace to also add to the warmth.

There’s $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs, additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
