How to Place a Property Ad

An InFocusPlus Property Ad is a free and easy tool to promote your property to reputable productions filming in your area

Go to www.InFocusPlus.com and in the upper right-hand corner, click “Place a Property Ad | Login.” You will then select the “Register Here” at the bottom of the login pop-up and create your account. Then select “+Submit Property Ad” in the upper right corner.

From there it’s just three easy steps:
  • Fill out your property and contact information. Please note, InFocusPlus does not post the property address on our website or to the public. Select type of ad: On-Site Filming, Short-Term Housing, or Both.
    • If you are an Agent – please provide both your and the property owner’s contact info and who to contact first regarding inquiries. 

 

  • Add up to 10 photos at a time. Professional photos are STRONGLY recommended. Our clientele is very visual and professional photography will dramatically increase your chances of being chosen for consideration for projects. Please visit our preferred photographers on our vendor page.
    • Property Photography Tips
      • Take horizontal photos
      • Take pictures during daytime and open blinds for natural light
      • Turn on all lights
      • No need to ‘stage’ the home, just make sure surfaces are free of clutter
      • Stand far back, or in corners, to capture the entire room

 

  • Click Submit – this will put the ad in “Pending” status. An InFocusPlus Team Member will approve the ad. Ads are generally approved within 24 hours.

Property Owner Fees

Commercial or Residential On-Site Filming
Cost to place a property ad on InFocusPlus – $0
Be seen by professionals in the film, tv and sports industry no charge to you. However, we do recommend you use professional photos.
 
While we do recommend that you use professional photos , it is not required . Please visit our vendor tab for contact information for some of our favorite photographers.  Photos can cost from $100 to $500 on average, depending on the size of the property and amount of photos you ask for.

On-Site filming, on average, pays property owners from $500 to $5000 per day if a contract is offered to you from a Media Representative for a project.  Of course, the more “epic” the property the more epic the price with some of our locations command up to $20,000 for a one day shoot.

Should a TV/Film Scout or other Industry Professional be interested in your property they will click on your InFocusPlus Ad and a local Realtor will reach out to you to coordinate a showing, confirm your availability and provide you pertinent project details.


For large productions or with those we have contracts with, the production will notify InFocusPlus of their need and InFocusPlus will send the production back links of possible options from our inventory on InFocusPlus.com
 
 
Short Term Housing
Cost to place a property ad on InFocusPlus – $0  
Be seen by the Entertainment Industry Professionals such as Cast, Crew, Production Assistants and Transportation Managers looking for short term housing options. All this is at no cost to you to place an ad for your property.   We recommend you use professional photos for best results.  Our clients are very visual and the better the photos the more you will appeal to our entertainment clients.
Leases range for from $3,000 to $100,000 per month with the following lease terms time periods:
Minimum lease period – 1 month
Maximum lease period – 12 months

For Pilots and Films the average housing need is approximately 4 months
For TV Series the average housing need is approximately 8 months
If a Cast or Crew member is interested in the property you have promoted on InFocusPlus.com they will click on the property and be connected with a local Licensed Realtor, via our partnership with The FamilyHomesGa Team, affiliated with Keller Williams Chattahoochee North.. The Realtor will reach out to all parties and discuss availability, terms and needs and write up a Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR) lease with the agreed upon terms.
 
For large productions or with those we have contracts with, the production will notify InFocusPlus of their need and InFocusPlus will send the production back links of possible options from our inventory on InFocusPlus.com

Helpful Hint: For filming locations, photos of smaller rooms, bathrooms and average sized closets are not needed
 
Realtor fees vary but are generally in the range of 10% of the contracted price and will be in the final agreed upon contract price. Fees are almost always paid for by the property owner and are included in the quoted price to production.

Production generally receives the services of InFocusPlus at no charge.

Property owners pay InFocusPlus upon an executed contract.


Referral agents are always paid a referral fee on executed contracts involving their referred properties. Referrals fees are up to 20% of the received fee.

The Owner of InFocusPlus is a licensed Realtor in Georgia.  InFocusPlus is a marketing company that houses inventory of property to promote to our contacts in the entertainment industry.  Other industries that are promoted to are Corporate Relocation and Insurance Companies.
