The studio, located on the top level of the carriage house, has a fully stocked kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. We have a full size fridge to keep your food nice and cold. The carriage house has a comfy queen size bed with brand new firm, but not too firm mattress. There is a futon twin couch that would sleep 1 more. There is a TV with  Apple TV for Netflix and Hulu. Rental includes high speed internet, laundry access and all utilities. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and fluffy towels to wrap around you when you are done. There is also a lower deck with chairs, table and umbrella so that you can enjoy the lush backyard.

LaVista Park is an all inclusive, friendly neighborhood. We have 9 restaurants and Starbucks within a 1 block walk from the carriage house as well as several restaurants – Thai – Sushi – Pizza x 2 – Bagels – Mexican – Hawaiian BBQ – Pita – Middle Eastern. 1 mile in the other direction we have several more restaurants, movie theater, nail salon and Publix. We are located within 5 minutes to Emory University / CDC, 5 minutes from Interstate 85 and 400 and just a short 15 minute drive to Decatur, Virginia Highlands, Buckhead and Midtown.
