There is no elevator in the home. Since the bedrooms are upstairs it is important that anyone with a mobility issue knows that he or she can sleep on a sofa bed on the main floor.

Guests may use the washer and dryer that is on-site. An initial amount of laundry detergent is provided but you are expected to provide laundry detergent if you will be doing more than 4 loads of laundry.

We do not offer Cable TV. Netflix and apps only!

• Check-in is at 4 p.m. ET or later. Early check-ins between noon and 3 p.m. can be reserved, as available in advance, for $50. Super early check-ins between 7 a.m. and noon will be $90.

• Check-out is at 11 a.m. ET. We are not able to offer late check-out as we schedule our cleaners to come at 11 a.m. on check-out day.

• Free street parking is available to guests 24/7 in the driveway. You can also park in the garage, which is what we prefer.
