The space

Before we start, here are 3 THINGS PEOPLE LOVE about this townhouse:

1 – The LOCATION is simply amazing. We are at the center of everything and you can walk everywhere around town; a quick drive to neighboring cities (Duluth, Johns Creek, Dunwoody, Sandy Spring, Alpharetta, Roswell); 30m from ATL international airport, 20m from Downtown ATL, 8m from historic downtown Norcross, easy access to highway 141 & I-285, I-85, and Chattahoochee River.

2 – The CONVENIENCE is surprising. This townhouse is in a nice and safe neighborhood, close to Peachtree Corners town center & Forum shopping plaza, many well-known restaurants, grocery stores, fitness centers, emergency care centers, beautiful parks that have walking trails, ball fields, and picnic areas, and all entertainment places nearby.

3 – The NEIGHBORHOOD is lively, active, and friendly. From morning to evening, people love to walk with/without friends, families, and pets in the community.

Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before booking this townhouse:

1 – If you love smoking, this house will not fit you. It is a smoking-free property.

2 – If you have asthma or other respiratory-related health issues, this house is not the right option. Although our property is nonsmoking, we cannot guarantee your asthma won’t be triggered. However, we use a commercial ozone odor eliminator (you can check the performance reviews of the machine online) to clean and purify the property before and after every guest booking. That is why our guests rated high property cleanliness even though our property is a pet-friendly one. Please do consider carefully before booking with us)

3 – If you are traveling with special needs people, this house is not a good option. We care a lot about disabled people, but we don’t have the right facility to accommodate them.

Guest Access

  6. 3 Smart 55” TVs in bedrooms and living room separately
  7. Guests have access to everything in the house except for the locked downstairs storage room and the unfinished backyard.
  8. Up to 2 cars can park in the driveway; no on-street parking is available (Parking on the street is subject to HOA penalty).

Interaction with Guests

Likely, you won’t see us during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, we are here between 8 am to 10 pm. If you need anything or have questions, just send us a message via the Airbnb APP and we’ll be quick to respond during business hours. (Responses will be delayed on Saturdays and Sundays.)

Other things to note

— If you stay with a pet, please notify the Host before booking. The Host allows a maximum of 2 pets, each pet is smaller than 25lb. No aggressive breeds are allowed!!!

The below applies to long-stay bookings (stay more than 28 nights)
— The Host will not refill consuming products (soap, trash bags, shampoo, …); guests are responsible for keeping the house clean during their stay (cleaning tools are provided).
— The Host will charge $300 per pet per stay plus a $30/pet/month rental fee. Please be a responsible owner, and note that NO pets should be allowed on furniture or bedding, and you need to pick up all pets’ waste & dispose of it properly.

*** Pet health policy: pets must be in good health and free of parasites: fleas, ticks, and heartworms. If upon cleaning and inspecting the house a parasite such as fleas is found, a remediation fee of $500 will be charged to your reservation.
