• The TV in the living room offers Netflix. You can sign into other apps with your subscriptions. The TV in the bedroom was left by a past guest and is a screen for you to hook up your laptop (bring your own HDMI cable).

• Fresh sheets and comfortable pillows are provided. Extra blankets are also available in the red closet.

• Bath and hand towels are provided.

• The private en-suite bathroom is stocked with everything you might need, including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and more. I can give you other amenities such as q-tips by request.

• The living room has a sofa and a TV. No Cable, just streaming.

• The full-sized fridge is reserved exclusively for your use; so feel free to pick up some yogurt or milk if you want some cold snacks. I offer a Nespresso machine and extra pods can be purchased at Target. I offer ground coffee and filters for the regular drip coffee machine too. There is a Brita water filter pitcher.

• The washer and dryer is located in the kitchen.

• Pets accepted for a pet fee per stay.

• You’re only two streets from the Inman Park MARTA Station (the inter-city transit train & bus system) so going anywhere in Atlanta in a breeze!

• There are over a dozen restaurants & coffee shops within walking distance as well as a small grocery store nearby for all your food and drink needs.

Guest access

The guest has access to the backyard. It is fenced and you can let your dog out without a leash. Do check the backyard for safety (other dogs, fences are closed, etc). Do not leave the dog unattended. No on-going barking allowed inside or outside – occasional barking is fine. Please read on for pet fees.
Be aware that the upstairs owner may have a dog as well. She sometimes fosters dogs.

Other things to note

• Remember, this is a basement apartment with seven foot ceilings and some air ducts that hang in the six foot range. There is no dishwasher. The host controls the apartment temperature. The basement is usually ~69 to ~74 F which is cold for some people. We provide many blankets and comforters. You WILL hear footsteps from above as your space is not a top floor apartment.

No steps from apartment to backyard. There is a ramp down. It is a short ramp.

• This is pet-friendly so you may see dog or cat hair! We vacuum and clean between each stay but it is hard to get all the hair.
