With an emphasis on comfy work spaces and quiet sleep, this recently remodeled (2022), modern bungalow is located in the historic Old 4th Ward (O4W) neighborhood with lots of fun places to eat, drink, and workout.

When you arrive, you will walk through a white picket fence and easily enter using an entry code. You will walk into an open concept, expansive living area. The living room features an L-shaped couch and a loveseat. Enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV – simply log into your Hulu, Netflix, or Amazon account. The dining room table seats 6, and four additional bar stools. Perfect for working during the day or enjoying a drink and appetizers.

The kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a five-burner gas stove and oven. There is a toaster, blender, electric kettle, and coffee maker. We offer both coffee and tea.

There are three bedrooms – 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full bed – and two full bathrooms. One bathroom is located in the hallway and the other is ensuite to the bedroom with a king bed. The queen and full bedrooms both include a dedicated workstation with a 24-in monitor with an HDMI cord.

There are two additional desks – one at the end of the hallway, and the other in the main living area. There will be no issues for multiple people working at the house while on video calls or streaming. Our Fiber internet is blazing fast!

Throughout the entire home, enjoy the beautiful natural light and large windows.
The front porch features a bistro table, perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning.
Access the fenced backyard and patio from the back door or through the french doors from the back bedroom. The outdoor dining table seats four. After dinner, enjoy the evening around the custom-built fire pit.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home. There is plenty of free street parking which is the primary parking option in this area. Usually, there’s a spot right in front of the house.

There are many spots within walking distance. We will provide a full list of recommendations at check-in. We are a 15-min walk from the King Memorial MARTA Transit Station and only a 13-min from Atlanta Internal Airport (ATL).

Guests do not have access to the driveway and they do not have access to the owner’s closet that is locked.

Other things to note

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash or bar soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent are all guaranteed amenities that will be present upon your arrival.

Two bath towels, one hand towel, and two washcloths will be provided for each guest for use during your stay. Leave them in the apartment at checkout. Sheets are provided as well.

There are two front doors on the front of the house. This home used to be a duplex but is now a single-family home. It is a large 3-bedroom home with wonderful outdoor space.

You are welcome to enjoy any coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, or other consumables that you see in the house. These items are bonus items and are not guaranteed amenities. You will want to go shopping to purchase groceries that you need for your stay. Do not take these items with you – they are for guests to enjoy while they are in the home.

A washer and dryer are available in the hallway.

The backyard requires maintenance due to all the leaves, branches, and sap! We can do a cleanup for you on request. Please allow 2 days notice so we can get our crew there!

We are located near a school. During school drop-off and pick-up hours, you may notice additional cars and buses in the neighborhood. It does not impact parking near the house and there will be no additional traffic on our street. During recess, you may hear children playing if you are outside, in the backyard and patio. Inside the house, you will not hear anything.
